The Vulcano Classic Spring pan with a three-layer ceramic reinforced non-stick surface is scratch and abrasion resistant and suitable for ovens up to 250 °C. The five-layer material ensures optimal conduction and even heat distribution. The ergonomic, waterproof handle is permanently welded to the body of the pan. Vulcano pans can be recoated to extend their life (not applicable to roasting pans, pancake pans and woks). To make the most of the pan's features, follow a few basic recommendations. Heat an empty pan only to frying temperature, approximately 180 °C, and never overheat it above 250 °C to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. When using induction, increase the power to no more than two-thirds of the power of the hob. If necessary, use heat stable oil. Never leave an empty pan on the stove unattended. Only use soft plastic or silicone utensils for mixing and handling food to avoid damaging the surface.

Frequent washing in the dishwasher can significantly reduce the life of the non-stick surface

Avoid dishes with sharp edges. If, despite this precaution, cuts and scratches appear, this will not affect the non-stick surface. It is recommended not to wash the Vulcano Classic Spring pan in the dishwasher. Frequent washing in the dishwasher can significantly shorten the life of the non-stick surface. Occasionally drip a few drops of heat-stable cooking oil into the pan and wipe it off with a paper towel. This will help keep the non-stick surface smooth. The bottom of the top-quality cookware curves up slightly when the pan is cold, but when the pan is hot, the bottom flattens out perfectly.
