It is made of chrome-plated steel with a polished finish and the hand grips feature anti-slip knurling to ensure maximum stability of the shaft in the hand. The Lifefit straight weightlifting bar is designed for discs with a 30 mm hole and has a load capacity of 350 kg. Two locking nuts are also included.
