You can use the barbell racks for bench presses, the peck deck for pectoral muscles, the bicep curl pad, and the adapter for leg extensions and curls. The stable construction, made from 38×38mm steel profiles with a wall thickness of 1.4mm, is designed for regular home use. After your workout, the bench can be folded up to save space.

A set of weights for a varied workout

The package includes a set of weights so you can get started right away. It contains one long 160cm chrome bar, two dumbbell bars (35cm), and a set of cement plates. The total weight of the set is approximately 50kg, including the bars. The plates are divided into 4×5kg, 4×2.5kg, and 4×1.25kg. The bars have a diameter of 30mm and are fitted with threaded ends and safety collars to secure the plates in place.
