The bench offers 8 back support positions from 0-90°, allowing a full range of exercises - including abdominal exercises thanks to the negative tilt option. The seat can be adjusted to 4 positions in the range 0-40°, and the footrest also has 4 positions for ideal adaptation to your body and exercise. You will appreciate the practical footrests especially when the bench is tilted negatively. The dimensions of the backrest are 71.5 × 25 × 4 cm, the seat is 29 × 24 × 4 cm and the height of the bench in a horizontal position is 53 cm. Plastic end caps on the legs protect the floor and ensure stability.
