The TRINFIT Vario LX3 is a basic training bench for strength training at home, whether with one-handed dumbbells or racks and a large barbell. The bench allows you to practice dozens of exercises on all muscle parts. Thanks to the large range of positioning of the backrest, it can be easily adapted to the exercise. The bench has a solid steel construction made of 80 × 30 × 1.5 mm profile with a high-quality baked lacquer finish and easy positioning of the backrest up to 85°. The design of the bench is optimally suitable for smaller and taller figures up to about 190 cm. The total load capacity of the bench is up to 200 kg (exerciser + dumbbell).
