Tacx NEO 2T with the Zwift Cog and Click set

The Tacx NEO 2T is compatible with Zwift technology – thanks to the pre-installed Zwift Cog and Zwift Click systems, you can enjoy smooth virtual shifting and the wider Zwift environment. Some features require an active Zwift membership for virtual riding, racing and training in Zwift.

Inertia Simulation Just Like a Real Road

Simulating a real ride indoors is made possible by dynamic inertia, which compensates for weight, speed and incline angle to make the ride as realistic as possible. This feature works with the Tacx Training™ app, Zwift, and other compatible training apps to simulate the vibrations and feel of riding on different types of surfaces, such as cobblestones or gravel.

Very Quiet Operation and Zwift Technology

The NEO magnets significantly reduce air flow and vibrations, resulting in a truly quiet trainer. The Tacx NEO 2T with Zwift Cog and Click is ready to ride, train and race. The Zwift Cog replaces your cassette and is compatible with almost any 8- to 13-speed bike. Zwift Click offers 24 quiet virtual gears and control of Zwift functions directly from the handlebars*. Zwift Cog also supports ERG mode workouts with compatible devices, including the Edge® cycling computer.

Built for Performance and Stability

The Tacx NEO 2T Smart bike trainer features a more efficient motor design that delivers more power at low speeds. The result is a much more realistic riding experience when climbing or accelerating. 32 integrated neodymium magnets allow for high braking force and high power. The NEO 2T Smart trainer guarantees maximum stability, even during explosive sprints of up to 2200W.

Faithful Climb Simulation, Accuracy and Independence

This trainer can simulate climbs of up to 25%. It's also compatible with the Tacx® Alpine incline simulator, which brings an even more realistic experience when training in Zwift by simulating descents of up to -10%*. With Tacx Alpine, you can use real-time virtual steering in Zwift and experience realistic riding, drafting and other features. Track your performance and progress with reliable, consistent measurements—with no calibration needed. The system measures power, speed and cadence with an accuracy of up to 1%. You can also use the trainer as a standalone machine—no power source is needed. Without being plugged in, it simulates a smooth road, and the faster you ride, the more resistance it provides.

Device Compatibility and the Tacx Training App

You can connect the Tacx NEO 2T Smart trainer to an Edge cycling computer or to your favourite training apps like Tacx Training, TrainerRoad or Zwift. You can then view detailed ride data and performance in the Garmin Connect™ app. Set up a free Garmin Coach training plan in the Garmin Connect app and get access to virtual workouts, which you can then view and complete in the Tacx Training app. With a premium subscription, you can enjoy real routes from all over the world, train in virtual group rides and earn badges in the Garmin Connect app. Plus, you can log your trainer mileage with a virtual odometer. With an external power source connected, the trainer can faithfully simulate a downhill ride.
