Light flux
It is specified in Lumens (lm) and the higher the value, the more intensely the headlamp shines. However, the higher luminous flux shortens the endurance.Up to 100 lm - headlamp for home use (lighting in the basement, in the attic, when repairing the car).
100 - 400 lm - outdoor use (night running, cycling, camping).
Above 400 lm - extreme occupations and sports (rescue workers, climbers).
