Shimano Alivio RD-M3100
The Shimano Alivio RD-M3100 derailleur is an MTB derailleur designed for 3×9 systems and is also compatible with 8- and 7-speed drivetrains. The Shimano Shadow RD technology uses a low-profile design that reduces the derailleur's exposure to impacts when riding off-road. The long SGS cage allows the use of a cassette with a largest sprocket of 36 teeth and provides a chain tensioning range of 45 teeth. The adjustment barrel directly on the derailleur allows you to fine-tune your shifting.
