SENA bike helmet with headset R1, matt white

The SENA R1 cycling helmet is designed for adult riders who want to stay connected while on the move. The integrated headset allows you to communicate with three other riders, listen to music or receive instructions from your navigation. The polycarbonate construction with an EPS liner ensures protection, which is confirmed by CE and ECE certifications. Comfort is provided by 18 ventilation holes and a fastening system with a buckle. You can adjust all headset functions using the SENA mobile app.

Integrated Headset for Communication and Entertainment

The core of the helmet is its integrated communication system. It allows you to talk to up to three other SENA helmet users over a distance of up to 0.9km in open terrain. The Advanced Noise Control™ technology actively suppresses ambient noise, such as wind, so your voice will always be clear and intelligible. Sound is transmitted through HD-quality speakers, and voice is captured by an integrated front microphone. Using Bluetooth 4.1, the helmet can be paired with a mobile phone to listen to music, podcasts, or instructions from fitness apps and navigation.

Safe Construction and Convenient Control

The shell is made using In-Mould technology, which fuses the outer polycarbonate layer with the inner EPS liner for high strength and low weight. A secure fit on your head is ensured by the occipital retention system and the main strap, made from a combination of nylon and leather, which fastens with a buckle. The headset is controlled by three buttons directly on the helmet, designed to minimally disrupt its aerodynamic shape. For even more convenient operation, a separate remote control for the handlebars can be purchased.
