How to set the Roncato suitcase TSA lock
You can change the number combination as follows:
1. Set the lock to the opening combination (the factory preset is 0-0-0).
2. Press the reset button with a pen or other pointed object until you hear a click.
3. Set your new number on the dial and be sure to remember it.
4. Push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow.
The reset button will return to its original position and you will hear a click. Your new code is now set. To change your code again, simply repeat steps 1 to 4.
Opening the lock:
To release the zip pullers and open the suitcase, enter the correct code and push the PUSH button in the direction of the arrow (the factory preset code is 0-0-0, if you have not yet set your own).
TSA lock
The TSA lock system, marked with a red diamond symbol, primarily serves to allow luggage to be easily opened for inspection without damage. This can also speed up the inspection process. TSA security officers can open and inspect luggage with this type of lock without having to break it. All TSA locks are marked with a code from TSA001 to TSA007, which corresponds to the type of master key used to open that lock. Keys for TSA locks are not sold to the public and are only available to TSA personnel. After inspecting your luggage, these officers are required to place a notice of inspection inside your suitcase and must relock it. It is particularly recommended for travel to the USA, as the TSA is primarily an American organisation, but TSA standards are also used at airports outside the United States.Specifications
