The HMS Premium PWL8306 is a multifunctional prop that allows you to perform classic push-ups and dips. Depending on the exercise, we can strengthen the pectoral muscles, triceps, or front shoulder muscles. The lower supports allow the push-up to be performed much more efficiently than when pushing off on level ground. If we choose the upper supports for training and we are bent over, then we strengthen the pectoral muscles, if we train vertically, we exercise the shoulder muscles. The PWL8306 is made of high quality material. The construction is strong, stable and lightweight at the same time. Relocating the PWL8306 is thus no problem.
