Preparation
In addition to all the other benefits, Upgraded Sport Protein is naturally soluble in hot and cold beverages. If you like protein in liquid form, you can prepare it very easily at any time of the day. Mix 1 scoop in 200 ml of water or (plant) milk.

The pack contains approximately 16 doses (1 dose = 30 g).
