PK shop Emergency thermal, camouflage

The PK shop emergency thermal bag serves as ultra-lightweight and waterproof protection in adverse conditions. It is made from Mylar fabric, which reflects 70 to 90% of body heat back to the user, helping to maintain body temperature in cold weather. Thanks to its compact packed dimensions, it fits easily into any backpack. The bag is designed for one person with a maximum height of 213 cm and is an essential part of emergency equipment for camping and hiking.

Construction and Field Use

The core of the bag is Mylar fabric, which works by reflecting thermal radiation. This helps to retain up to 90% of your body heat, which is crucial for survival in cold conditions. However, it is important to be aware that the bag is not breathable and condensation may occur inside. Therefore, it requires regular ventilation. The bag also provides no insulation from the ground, so you should always use it with a sleeping mat. It is suitable for emergency overnight stays in temperatures above 0°C. In freezing temperatures below 0°C, it serves exclusively as a supplement to a regular sleeping bag or as part of rescue equipment.

Keep the bag at a safe distance from open flames. Ventilate it regularly to prevent moisture condensation. Place it on a smooth surface free of sharp objects.
