Petzl Spirit Grey

The Petzl Spirit carabiner with a straight gate and no locking mechanism is optimised for sport climbing, multi-pitch climbing, mountaineering and ice climbing. The straight gate ensures an optimal grip and makes clipping and unclipping easier. The flat back of the carabiner allows it to be held stably in the hand and is easy to handle when clipping. The Keylock system prevents the rope, slings or straps from snagging on the carabiner gate. The grey Petzl Spirit type B carabiner has a major axis strength of 23kN, a minor axis strength of 7kN, an open gate strength of 8kN and a gate opening of 24mm. The Petzl Spirit carabiner is made of aluminium and weighs just 37g.
