Unique pepper from Kampot
Kampot pepper is grown in the Kampot province in the south of East Asian Cambodia. The coastal climate and the local geological conditions allow farmers to produce high quality pepper. The pepper comes from small family farms and is sourced under direct trade conditions that ensure a fair return for each grower. Peppercorns are very strictly selected during harvesting. Red pepper is harvested at full maturity. The kernels ripen to a deep red colour and have a unique flavour thanks to their fructose content. White pepper is obtained from fully ripened red peppercorns, which are then dried in direct sunlight and soaked again to remove the red skin, leaving only a creamy white peppercorn. Black peppercorns are harvested when the peppercorns are still green. They are then dried in bright sunlight, where they acquire a black colour and a cratered surface. Kampot pepper. pepper. The field is stored in glass tubes made of Czech fused glass, which protects the taste and aroma of peppercorns. The tubes come in a wooden gift box and can be reused for anything once they are used up. Set of large test tubes in a gift box. pepper.
