Penco Restart drink is very easy to prepare by mixing with water. It contains 6.5 g of protein per 100 g, in addition, BCAAs are part of it, vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, Pantothenic, but also minerals like magnesium, sodium, manganese, zinc or selenium.

Preparation and dosing
