Preparation and dosing
For adults, 4 scoops (50g) of powder are mixed in approx. 140 ml of water or milk to make porridge, for children from 12 years 2 scoops (25g) in 70 ml, for children from 3 years 1 scoop (15g) per day. It is eaten for breakfast or snack, on its own or as a snack. in combination with jam, compotes or fresh fruit.
