Preparation and dosing
Rozmíchejte 10g prášku Nutrend BCAA Mega Strong Drink in 300-400 ml of water. Take 15 minutes before, during or immediately after exercise. Doporučená denní dávka je 10g. Take Nutrend Magneslife 2-3 days before the expected load the night before bed. Take 1 single dose daily.
