Carnosine is a dipeptide that consists of the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine. It occurs naturally in high concentrations in muscle (skeletal muscle, heart, liver) and nervous tissue (some parts of the brain).

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source) and silica. It does not contain wheat, gluten, Soy, milk, eggs, fish, seafood or nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule 1-3 times daily, ideally with meals, or follow the instructions of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
