Recommended dosage
As a dietary supplement take:
First 7 days:6 capsules with fruit juice or other sweetened liquid 3 to 4 times a day, before and after exercise.
In maintenance use: 6 capsules 1× up to 3× a day.
For permanent use after 28 days: 1 dose (6 capsules) per day.
Allow 3 to 4 hours between doses. Consume plenty of fluids with this product.
