Nomina sports porridge from the Nominal brand is perfect for breakfast or snacks. It offers a cereal base of white quinoa, white rice and natural rice. The manufacturers also added flaxseed flour and the soluble fibre inulin from chicory. As the name of the porridge suggests, its simple preparation can be used especially during training, holidays, but also at work. The package contains only 1 serving and you just mix it with hot milk. You can flavour the porridge with nut butter, chocolate, nuts and fruit. It is gluten and lactose free.
