Porridge Nominal Nominee
Buckwheat, 300 g
Nomina porridge is ideal for fans of a healthy lifestyle. It can be a good companion if you're on a diet or if you're looking for a quick, nutritionally balanced snack, breakfast, or if you're just craving something. Try the delicate and tasty instant porridge. The vegetables are gently cooked beforehand so that they do not need to be cooked and the porridge is ready in a few minutes. However, they retain their nutritional value. So porridge can always be on hand.

Porridge from two ingredients
Nomina porridge is made from two naturally gluten-free crops. Millet and corn. It has a fine consistency, pleasant taste and easy digestibility. As usual, you will not find milk, added sugar or other flavouring in the ingredients. Just cereal. They are gluten-free and therefore also gluten-allergic people will appreciate them. It is nutritious (nutritionally rich), filling and easily digestible. You can prepare porridge at home, when visiting with friends, or even when travelling. As it is a flavourless porridge, you can enjoy it for breakfast or snack with your favourite yoghurt, nut butter and fruit or you can choose to prepare it in a savoury way.

What makes Nominal Nomina porridge stand out?
- Universal use: Kashi can also be used to thicken soups or sauces, as a binder for minced meat or vegetable mixtures (meatballs) or to thicken confectionery fillings (e.g. apple, cottage cheese).
- Nuts as part of the diet: Czech is one of the few languages that has a special word for a shelled millet seed. He calls it the yam. Millet is one of the oldest crops in the world. This cereal originates from China and East Asia. Like buckwheat, it was an important part of our ancestors' diet and like it, it is making a comeback on plates today. Millet fruits are small yellow balls (about 1 mm) that are peeled by grinding. Eggs are easily digestible but nutritious and filling. They are recommended by both "Western and Eastern" medicine, both for mothers, children, students or athletes, and as part of the diet for certain diseases or convalescence. And of course they are naturally gluten-free, suitable for celiacs.

Preparation
You can prepare the Nomina porridge according to your own ideas. It is not flavoured, you choose what other ingredients or sweeteners you want or can use. So it's up to you what you flavour it with or how thick it will be. It is suitable for both sweet and savoury preparation. Use approximately three to four times the amount of hot liquid and "fine-tune" the density to your liking. Expect the porridge to swell and thicken within 3-5 minutes.
A few tips for preparation
- You can stir the porridge in hot milk, your favourite vegetable milk (coconut, almond, rice, etc. ) or e.g. in yogurt and water.
- Sweeten it? Flavouring can be e.g. honey or some sweet vegetable syrup (cereal, maple, chicory,. ). But the milk already has a sweet taste.
- All kinds of fruit are friends with porridge, preferably fresh, dried fruit tastes good too.
- A little spice may come in handy. Cinnamon or star anise are a must, but you can also try a pinch of cloves and others.
- Yogurt or cottage cheese will provide protein.
- Don't forget the seeds and nuts.
- Quality chocolate or homemade jam can be added for the sweet tooth.
- Or the other way around. The thick porridge can also be prepared as a savoury dish. This includes herbs, garlic, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, onions and avocados.
