Great taste thanks to the careful production process
The coconuts from which the chips are made are grown on a Czech farm in the Kurunagala region of Sri Lanka. After hand harvesting and hand peeling, the flesh is cut into coconut slices, which are then dried at 50 °C. Drying takes approximately 12 hours, the coconut cools for a further 2 hours. The whole production process contributes to the great taste of Natu coconut chips.
