Muc-Off Ceramix Protection Kit
Top quality bicycle ceramics
Introducing the Muc-Off Ceramix Protection Kit- the most advanced protection for your beloved machine! Ready to take your bike care to a whole new level? The Muc-Off Ceramix Protection Kit is exactly what you've been looking for all along. This revolutionary product is not just another wax or polish - it's the cutting edge technology that will change the way you protect and maintain your bike.
Key Features of the Muc-Off Ceramix Protection Kit Bicycle Cleaner
- Unsurpassed protection - Muc-Off ceramic coating creates an ultra-durable, silicon-enriched protective layer that chemically bonds to the wheel paint. The result is a high-performance hydrophobic barrier that repels water and dirt.
- Long-term investment - Forget about constantly repeating your application. This ceramic coating will last up to 2 years!
- Easier cleaning - Due to the extremely low surface tension, dirt and grime simply won't stick to the bike. When it's time to clean, it's a breeze - the dirt slides off almost on its own!
- UV protection - The sun's rays can be dangerous to the wheel's paintwork. Our ceramic coating contains UV protection to prevent colour fading.
- Universal use - Whether you have a carbon frame, metal components, wheels, vinyl or plastic parts - this kit is safe for all surfaces. Works great on both glossy and matte surfaces (matte surfaces will give a richer and darker colour tone after curing).
- Professional results in the comfort of your home - With our complete kit and detailed instructions, you'll get results like a professional service.
Suitable for wheels on titanium frame / matt surface / gloss / carbon fiber frame / cars
Ceramic Protection has been tested on a range of automotive finishes, with excellent results. It is suitable for titanium frame, for gloss and matt surfaces (after curing, it gives a richer and darker colour tone to matt surfaces). It should be used to protect the frame. We recommend applying Ceramic Protection after installing Frame Protection, as Frame Protection may not adhere well if applied after Ceramic Protection. Carbon Fiber - the product has also been tested on carbon fiber.
Surface preparation, application of ceramic coating
- Thoroughly wash the bike with Muc-Off Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, Punk Powder or Snow Foam.
- Make sure the wheel is completely dry.
- If necessary, correct the paintwork - remove imperfections.
- Use a prep spray and microfiber cloth to remove any residual polish or wax.
- Apply in a cool, dry and clean environment with good lighting and ventilation.
- Shake the bottle thoroughly for 10 seconds.
- Apply a small amount of ceramic coating to the microfiber applicator.
- Start with the largest surfaces and work in overlapping patterns to ensure even coverage.
- Let the coating dry for 5 minutes - a rainbow effect will appear.
- Gently buff the surface with a microfibre cloth in a circular motion.
- Allow the coating to fully cure for 24 hours before exposing to water or weather.
Why ceramic and not wax? Or other protective products and polishes?
- Ceramic Protection is designed to keep your bike cleaner longer and protect and extend the life of your paintwork.
- This investment helps maintain the value of your wheels, helps reduce cleaning and maintenance time due to the smooth coating, and gives the surface a level of shine and colour depth unmatched by anything else.
- Also includes UV protection, which helps to ensure that your colour does not fade in direct sunlight, and can help reduce the risk of micro scratches.
The set includes
- 1x 15 ml Ceramic Wax (Ceramic Coating)
- 1x 50 ml Surface Preparation Spray
- 1x Microfibre applicator
