Key features of the MAX1 Sport Bike Rack Saddlebag Rack

Assembly instructions
Loosen the quick release and open the sleeve. Insert the rubber washers to prevent abrasion of the seat tube and tighten the sleeve firmly. Mount the carrier as low as possible to reduce stress on the seat tube. Use water and common cleaning agents, not chemical solvents.
