Preparation and dosing
Add 2 g of matcha tea (USUCHA) or 4 g of matcha tea (KOICHA) to the tea bowl and pour 70 ml of water (USUCHA) or 40 ml of water (KOICHA) at a temperature of up to 70 °C. Then whisk with a bamboo whisk to a thick foam. The recommended dosage is 4-6 g per day.
