The Marbo MH-W103 wall-mounted weight training tower is a multifunctional device that allows you to perform a safe and intensive training of shoulders, back, arms and abdominal muscles. The tower is part of the Semi-Pro 2.0 series, which includes sports equipment for advanced home users and is an excellent choice for those who undergo more demanding and intense training on a daily basis. The construction of this sturdy stationary tower is made of durable 50 × 50 mm steel profiles, the individual parts are precision machined and powder coated to ensure a high quality product. The bolts and nuts are secured with plastic caps and the pulleys have been covered with bushings in an attractive red and black design. The structure needs to be fixed to the wall. The anchoring material for fixing the structure is not included in the delivery and you need to choose the correct type according to the material of the substrate you will be anchoring into. To ensure user safety, Marbo equipment is inspected and certified by the European Quality Centre.

Marbo tower offers a wealth of equipment
The Marbo Sport MS-W103 weight training system consists of 6 encapsulated pulleys, which are fitted with ball bearings for smooth operation, and 2 steel cables with a thickness of 0.4 cm fitted with rubber stops that protect the pulley construction from damage when the adapter is suddenly released or slips out of the palm. The ropes are guided by pulleys equipped with a specially shaped slot to prevent the rope from jumping out of the pulley and are finished with carabiners for easy replacement of the adapter or connection of another rope. The system also includes a long bending rod MH-C001 with rubber grips with a length of 120 cm and a diameter of 25 mm. In the basic position, the MS-W103 is set up for use as a top pulley. This allows you to exercise by pulling the adapter down to your shoulders or chest.
Comfort and durability
To use the lower pulley, simply attach the adapter to the lower cable using the carabiner. Setting to the bottom position allows you to practice lifting or rowing. The weight is placed on a running gear at the rear of the structure fitted with two 25 millimetre diameter, 2×20 cm long spikes. You can therefore use both Olympic and ordinary dumbbells weighing up to 200 kilograms as weights. The weights are secured by the included spring clamps. The legs of the assembly are equipped with rubber pads to protect the floor from damage.
