The Magene L508 Rear Light with Vehicle Detection Radar can accurately provide visual and audible alerts from the on-screen terminal to warn of vehicles approaching from behind up to 140 metres, helping cyclists to be fully alert. The radar has a beam angle of up to 40°, so it can detect vehicles behind it even in bends. This eliminates blind spots and puts you in control of the traffic. It has 5 light modes namely steady, flashing, pulse, peloton and radar only and provides quick and easy one-click switching. Through the Magene Utility APP, you can preset the radar on/off within each light mode and combine light and radar to your liking.

Comprehensive detection ensures safe driving
The L508 radar uses pulsed millimetre wave signals to provide comprehensive and stable detection of high-speed vehicles and even slow-moving bicycles. It supports a wide viewing angle of 220° with visibility up to 1.2 km and effective warning of vehicles driving behind, ensuring safe driving. If a rear vehicle suddenly approaches from behind at a distance of 140 m, the rear light will go into flashing mode for 2 seconds. It warns the vehicle behind you to keep a safe distance and protects you from safety risks.
Peloton mode and intelligent brake sensing
With low brightness and soft light, peloton mode protects the eyes of cyclists in a group and provides a more comfortable team riding experience. Once connected to the Magene Utility APP, you can customize the taillight flash/pulse interval and exclusive mode. The rear light features a built-in high-precision acceleration sensor that quickly detects and enters highlight mode for 3 seconds even under light braking, ignoring shocks and small impacts.
