Package KNEIPP contains effervescent tabletswhich are suitable for athletes and more and less active individuals. They contain calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and caffeine. On the other hand, they do not include gluten or lactose. After dissolving the tablet in water, you will enjoy the refreshing pineapple flavor. The package also includes herbs in the form of tablets KNEIPP Plus with powdered tops of parsley, nettle leaves and juniper berries.

Take the dehydrating herbs in tablet form before meals. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 2-4 times a day, which you should always drink with a sufficient amount of water.
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 ml of water. The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets.

The daily dose of 2 - 4 capsules contain: magnesium 60-120 mg (16-32% RHP), biotin 25-50 µg (50-100% RHP), nettle leaf powder 200-400 mg, juniper berry powder 200-400 mg, parsley seed powder 200-400 mg.
