Preparation
Pour 200 ml of hot water into the container. Add 30 grams of the mixture and stir well in the container. A scoop is equivalent to approximately 30 grams of KetoMix bulk food mix. One scoop is equivalent to approximately one serving of KetoMix. It is recommended to use a digital kitchen scale to get an accurate weight.
Recommended dosage
In the first phase of the KetoMix diet, you can replace up to 5 meals a day with this product.
