Preparation
Pour 250-300 ml of drinking water into the shaker, add 30 g of the mixture and stir. A scoop is equivalent to approximately 30 grams of KetoMix bulk food mix. We recommend using a digital kitchen scale to get an accurate weight.
Recommended dosage
In the first phase of the KetoMix diet, you can replace up to 5 meals a day with this protein shake, in combination with other permitted foods.

Store dry at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 1 month.
