The preparation of the ice cream is perfectly easy, just mix the mixture with water, cream and white yoghurt and let it harden in the freezer. In 100 g it also contains 54g of protein and 10 g of fibre, in addition, it contains vitamins A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, but also minerals. Ingredients
Soy protein 30%, whey protein 14%, sunflower oil, chicory fibre, 7 % non-fat cocoa, milk powder, dark chocolate 6% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring), egg white, a mixture of vitamins and minerals: vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin E (D-α-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (hydroxocobalamin), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), biotin (D-biotin), potassium (potassium chloride), iron (ferrous fumarate), magnesium (magnesium oxide), manganese (manganese gluconate), selenium (sodium selenite), zinc (zinc citrate), chromium (chromic chloride), copper (copper gluconate), iodine (potassium iodate); thickener: guar gum, anti-caking agent: calcium phosphate, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.
Preparation and dosing
Mix one portion of the mixture (25 g) with 16 ml of water, add 33 ml of 31% cream and 25 g of white yoghurt. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the moulds and leave to set in the freezer for at least 5 hours, but ideally overnight.
