Preparation
Pour 250-300 ml of drinking water into the shaker, add 30 g of the mixture and stir.
A scoop is equivalent to approximately 30 grams of KetoMix bulk food mix. One scoop is equivalent to approximately one serving of KetoMix. We recommend using a digital kitchen scale to get an accurate weight. For flavouring, add the flavouring mix (3 g). For more or less flavour and sweetness, add or subtract the amount of flavouring mix.
Recommended dosage
In the first phase of the KetoMix diet, you can replace up to 5 meals a day with the weight loss shake, in combination with other permitted foods.
Storage
Store dry at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 1 month.
