Lightweight construction and quality materials
The material of the Husky Boston 4 New Dural tent is made of lightweight and strong synthetic polyester fibres with quick-drying properties that resist tearing, fading and moisture. Outer shell is coated with polyurethane coating (water column 3000 mm), which provides permanent impregnation and protection against water penetration. The construction of the tent is made of duralumin - an aluminium alloy - which guarantees low weight, high durability and long life even in demanding conditions.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking.
