This technology prevents crack propagation and provides increased resistance to mechanical damage. Thanks to the polyurethane coating and 6,000 mm water column, the tent is highly waterproof, which ensures great protection even in heavy rain. The material is also quick-drying, which you will appreciate in harsh conditions, and is ideal for expedition camping where every gram counts. The construction of the tent is built on duralumin rods, which guarantees strength and resistance to impacts and heavy loads.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking.
