Durable visor

The visor of the basket is made of highly resistant polycarbonate by injection moulding, on an optically perfect mould, thus guaranteeing perfect optical clarity, which is constant for all mouldings. If the plexi is not damaged by scratches, the label is almost unbreakable. In case of scratches, the plexiglass can be replaced with a new one. Replacing the label is very simple. On the surface of the label, antifog (anti-fog) layers are applied on the inside (away from the face) and antiscratch on the outside (anti-scratch). These are 5 micron (0.005 mm) thick hard coatings that remain on the protector for the life of the protector.
Maintenance of the visor: Use only cleaning emulsion and cloth for cleaning, in case of cleaning with various chemical agents and concentrates, irreversible damage to the applied antifog and antiscratch layers may occur. The protector must be kept clean, if the protector is greasy and dirty, the antifog does not work properly.
