Tent materials
Polyester 70 Den 85 g/m2: 85 g/m2, PU coating. Polyester fibres can be found in virtually all textile products. The most important positive properties include high resistance to light, weather and microorganisms. Low moisture content (fast drying).
Outer tent made of ripstop polyester material with flame retardant finish. The inner tent is made of fireproof netting. The flooring contains flame retardant and waterproof polyester. Taped seams on outer tent and floor.
Comfortable stay on the go
FERRINO guarantees (as the only tent manufacturer) the minimum water column value indicated on the material joints - taped seams. The value of the water column per area of material is 1.5 times higher than the specified minimum value.
Minimum water column value (measured at material joints):
– flooring: 8 000 mm
– the outer shell: 3 000 mm
Water column value per area of material (without seams):
– flooring: 12 000 mm
– the outer shell: 4 500 mm
Easy to build, entrances and ventilation
Two colour-coded duralumin poles for easy construction. Inner tent suspended from the structure by hooks. Aluminium pins "Exagon". Igloo shape with apse as one entrance. The entrances are equipped with mosquito nets with the possibility of full opening and hiding in a designated pocket. The tent also has ventilation holes and a "Camera Air" ventilation system.

Water column
Indicates the resistance of the fabric and seams to water leakage. Indicates the amount of water that the material is able to hold before it begins to leak. The higher the value in mm, the higher the resistance of the tent. Each tent should have a tropical canopy with a water column of at least 2,000 mm, which is approximately the pressure exerted by a raindrop flying at 80-90 km/h. If you want to weather the storm unscathed, a water column of at least 3,000 mm is a better bet. A water column of 5,000 mm is recommended for normal hiking. For more demanding conditions, choose a subfloor with a water column of 8,000-10,000 mm.Specifications
