Enervit Isotonic Drink is a lemon-flavoured blend for the preparation of isotonic or hypotonic drinks. It is suitable for all athletes during exercise and is also suitable for increased physical exertion. It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and in 100g you will find a total of 83 g of carbohydrates.
Enervit Carbo Tablets contain more types of carbohydrates, with 3.5g of carbohydrates in 1 tablet. They are supplemented with magnesium, sodium and B vitamins. They are consumed at any time during training or a race according to the intensity and duration of the exercise. Just chew the tablet and then drink it. In the package you will find a total of 24 lemon-flavoured tablets.

Ingredients
Fructose (31.5%), dextrose (28,1 %), sucrose (27.5%), maltodextrin (3,9 %), acidifying agents: citric acid, thickener: gum arabic, aroma, anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fat. acids, corn starch (0,83 %), magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator: potassium citrate, sodium chloride, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, a mix of vitamins and minerals (B1, B2, B3, calcium D-pantothenate).
Preparation and dosing
For hypotonic density of the drink, pour 15 grams of powder into 500 ml of water. For an isotonic drink, pour 30grams of powder into 500 ml of water. Drink the ionic drink continuously during exercise, approximately every 15 minutes 100 to 150 ml.
From 6 to 14 tablets can be consumed during training and competition - depending on the intensity and duration of the sporting activity. Always chew the tablet thoroughly and then wash it down with a drink (for example Enervit Isotonic Drink). The tablets are intended for direct consumption and the onset of action is immediate, the duration of action of 1 tablet is 20 minutes.
