Preparation and dosing
Mix one scoop (25g) with 50-100ml of water. For a body weight of 50-70kg, use 3 measuring cups; for 70-90kg 4 measuring cups; if you weigh 90-105kg, use 5 measuring cups and for 105kg and more 6 measuring cups. In case of extreme load, it is advisable to increase the dose of the Edgar Vegan Powedrink by 1-2 measuring cups for each weight category. Drink 60-90 minutes before your workout.
