The Daiwa Sealine Pilk fishing rod is designed for sea fishing. Its high-modulus carbon construction with an x-wrap on the handle ensures fast action and sensitivity when using heavier lures in the 80–125g range. An ergonomically shaped EVA foregrip and a heat-shrink tube on the rear section provide a firm, secure grip, even when wet. The two-piece design makes it easy to transport to your fishing spot.

Blank construction and fast action

The core of the rod is a high-modulus carbon blank, which gives it a low weight and high sensitivity. This means you can feel even subtle bites in deep water. The fast action allows for an immediate response when setting the hook and provides enough power in reserve to fight large sea fish. The lower part of the handle is also reinforced with a special x-wrap, which increases the rod's durability under maximum load.

Ergonomic handle for a secure grip

When sea fishing, a firm grip is essential, which is ensured by the combination of materials on the handle. The EVA foregrip is ergonomically shaped, so it’s comfortable to hold and won’t tire your hand, even during a full day of fishing. The Seaguide guides with zirconian inserts are corrosion-resistant and minimise friction, enabling smooth passage for braided line and longer casts. The DPS-type reel seat securely fixes the reel in place and won't loosen even under strong pressure. All components are selected with sea fishing in mind.
