Catchball, white

The Catchball is a great training tool for all hockey goalies. It allows you to train without the need for an ice rink, a wall or a friend. Catchball just needs to be tied around your body and then thrown in front of you. The flexible cable always sends the ball against you to catch it, which will exercise your hand-eye coordination, reaction speed and trajectory estimation. In addition, the kinetic energy created by the flexible Catchball throws the ball back at a higher speed than it would when bouncing off a wall. Plus, you can throw the ball harder because you can be sure you won't have to chase it or you'll lose it.
