Its base consists of buckwheat flakes, which are complemented by cashew nuts, dark chocolate, chocolate-covered coconut chips, pumpkin seeds and freeze-dried cherries. It is 100% made from organic quality ingredients. Bean Flakes are naturally gluten-free, and they are rich in protein and fibre. They contain, among other things, rutin, which contributes to the health of blood vessels, and choline, which supports the proper functioning of the liver, nerves and metabolism.
