Instant whey protein 90% {whey protein concentrate [emulsifier: lecithins], whey protein isolate [emulsifier: lecithins (soy)]}, L-glutamine 2.9%, aromas (contains caffeine), chocolate powder [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), aroma], L-arginine, thickener (cellulose gum), cinnamon, food grade salt, L-leucine 0.2%, L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-Valine 0.1%, sweetener (sucralose), bromelain powder 0.04%.
Preparation
Mix one scoop (28 g) with 250 ml of water or whole milk.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 to 2 doses daily. On a training day, take a minimum of 2 doses per day, one 45 minutes after training and the other between meals. Dosage depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight and children. Protect from frost.
