Pumpkin seeds have many uses in the kitchen. You can fry them in a drop of olive oil, lightly salt them and eat them instead of chips. They are also great in salads, or instead of bread croutons, for example, in your favourite pumpkin soup. You can also add them to bread dough or sprinkle them on homemade buns before baking. But what you may not have known is that pumpkin seeds are also great with sweet treatments. Prepare a mixture of cinnamon, chilli, a little cumin and dried ginger. Heat a pan with a little olive oil, add the seeds and sugar and stir until the sugar starts to dissolve. Then move the hot seeds to the spice mixture and mix.
