The Husky Blum 2 is designed as a practical shelter ideal for the beach, water or garden. It is suitable for both adults and small children, providing a safe and comfortable space. The shelter is equipped with taped seams that increase its resistance to moisture and laminate support members that ensure the stability of the entire structure. Protection from the sun's rays is provided by a UV layer that protects against harmful rays. The quality of the materials used is confirmed by the ISO 811:2018 certificate, which guarantees the water resistance of the fabrics according to international standards.

Sophisticated design

The tent has dimensions of 115 × 220 × 130 cm (W × D × H) and only 55 × 13 cm when folded, making it a practical travel companion. Its weight is 1.5 kg (minimum), respectively. 1.6 kg in total. The structure is single skin, self-supporting, with an external structure. The Tropiko has a water column of 4000 mm H₂O, while the liner is 100% waterproof. The load-bearing elements consist of durawrap members with a diameter of 7.9 mm, which ensure strength and stability.

Carrier rods – Durawrap:
Durawrap is in many ways an improved version of laminate, which is created by applying a polyester film to the core of a laminate member. The improved material is not only more durable overall, but also stronger and more flexible. Its great advantage is also that the ends of the support poles do not fray if they break, thus not creating sharp ends that could damage the tent.
Flooring - layered Polyethylene:
This is a very strong material, used for the flooring of especially large tents. The polyethylene flooring is abrasion resistant and is therefore very popular for family tents. Of course, waterproofing is essential.

Outer tent - 185T Polyester, Polyurethane (4 000 mm H₂O coating):
185T Polyester: it is a very lightweight material that is tear resistant. Synthetic polyester fibres increase the product's protection against harsh weather conditions, fading and extensive wetting, as they dry really quickly.
Polyurethane: Polyurethane coating is a permanent impregnation that is applied directly to the material in various layers. Special fabric treatment prevents water penetration. The coating parameter determines the height of the water column (given in mm H₂O), in other words the ability of the material to resist water pressure.

Maintenance:
After each use, the tent must be cleaned and dried thoroughly before storage. The tent can only be cleaned with lukewarm water to avoid damaging the cover. Drying should not be neglected even if it did not rain while camping. In any use, moisture precipitates outside and inside. If necessary, clean the tent with lukewarm water and a mild soap-based cleaner. Never use fabric softener and bleach or other aggressive products. Wash the tent with a sponge or soft cloth. The tent should be stored in a dry environment. The life of the tent and the floor can be extended by regular treatment with impregnation products designed for this purpose. Each tent comes with a repair kit for any repairs in case of unexpected problems, such as fabric tears and the like. Any damage should be repaired as soon as possible. When erecting a tent, it is a good idea to take a good look at the area where you want to pitch the tent and remove sharp objects to avoid damage.
