Recommended dosage
People weighing up to 80kg: take 1 scoop (5.14g) daily, approximately 30 minutes before physical activity.
People weighing between 80kg and 100kg: take 2 scoops (10.28g) daily, approximately 30 minutes before physical activity.
People weighing over 100kg: take 2 scoops (10.28g) daily, approximately 30 minutes before physical activity, followed by 1 scoop (5.14g) daily, approximately 2 hours after exercise. Wash down with plenty of water.
