Recommended dosage
People weighing up to 80kg: 1 scoop (5.14g) daily approx. 30 minutes before physical activity.
People weighing between 80kg and 100kg: 2 scoops (10.28g) daily approx. 30 minutes before physical activity.
People weighing over 100kg: 2 scoops (10.28g) daily approx. 30 minutes before physical activity and then 1 scoop (5.14g) daily approx. 2 hours after. Wash down with plenty of water.
