Recommended dosage
Mix 30g (1 scoop) with 200–300ml of water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or hand shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein requirements.

Store at temperatures up to 25 °C in a dry place (max. 70% humidity), away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
