Recommended dosage
Mix 30g (1 scoop) with 200–300ml of water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or a shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your daily protein requirements.

Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25 °C (max. 70% humidity), out of direct sunlight. Keep away from frost.
