Micellar casein concentrate /from milk/, cocoa, flavouring, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin; stabiliser: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; sweeteners: sucralose and steviol-glycosides; patented digestive enzyme DigeZyme – multienzyme complex (amylase, lactase, cellulase, bacterially neutral protease and lipase).

Preparation
Mix 35g (1 1/2 scoops) with 300mL of cold water or low-fat milk. Use a blender or a shaker and mix for 30 seconds.
Recommended dosage
Take 1–3 servings daily between meals, depending on your protein requirements.
